Azalea Creative Con 2025

Fan Panel Application

We're looking for original and creative programming, so if you think you've got what it takes, apply now to host a panel.

Please note:

Submitting a Panel does not guarantee acceptance.
Each Panel is 45 minutes in duration.
Panelists are required to bring their presentations on their devices. Laptops will not be provided. If an HDMI connection is necessary, we will provide an HDMI cord for your laptop. If you do not have an HDMI port, please bring an adapter.
Panel rooms come with tv screen or projector screen. More information about AV setup will be provided to approved panels.
Panelists do not get to choose what day or time they present. Time and date preferences will be taken into account.
All selected presenters will receive a day pass to ACC 2025 for the day of their panel. There is a limit of two panelist passes per panel. You are welcome to have more panelists on stage, however, only two will receive passes. If you have two panels selected you will receive a weekend pass for two panelists.

This is only a request. The Programming Coordinator has final say on panel and event scheduling.

Panel Rating

E for Everyone: These panels should be family friendly and all ages are allowed to attend and participate. Adults Only 18+: These panels will only be scheduled after 7 PM and must have an ACC staff member moderating and checking ID.
